Build Your Future with First Onsite

What if you could have a career that impacted the lives of people in your community? You can at First Onsite. With positions available across a variety of specializations, you can find the role that best fits your strengths and start building your future.

Okay, this is Joe. Brand anthem take one marker.  My first job was working at my cousin’s restaurant as a dishwasher when I was 12. My first job  was waiting tables. My first job was a barista.  Working at my dad’s pizzeria. Waiting tables and  I think that’s what jump-started my sales career. I think so many people that work at First  Onsite started in the service industry because it requires a certain amount of compassion and  energy. Working in a restaurant is a lot of fun. It also teaches you a lot about stress management  and time management and really how to prioritize things that are rapidly thrown on your plate  with no warning. And the dishes never stop. It’s like the mail and dirty and you were the last one  done. I think it’s important to have that certain attitude because you want to serve them just like  you would like to be served and when you put their needs above your own they’re going to get a much  better experience. So when I’m listening to people I’m not only listening to the words that they  speak but I’m looking at their body language I’m listening to the tone of their voice. We meet  people every day who have gone through disasters  and it’s their worst day ever. I like taking  care of them. I like making sure that they’re  satisfied and they’re happy and they’re wanting  to call us again I know you’re going to take care of this for me. Those are the things that I  enjoy hearing every single day. I get to be part of the solution to get them back to where they  were before. It’s the kind of business that just makes you feel good about what you do. It’s the  best job satisfaction I’ve ever had. Something my team doesn’t know about me that’s a big part of  my life is that my husband and I just purchased 97 acres out in the country and we’re going  to develop a berry farm for our retirement. One thing that my team doesn’t know about me is  that I speak Russian fluently. [Speaks in Russian]  First Onsite. I am a huge aviation enthusiast so  I am actually a commercial pilot. I’m a cancer survivor, 38 years in remission. Something that  made me smile recently is I got a promotion. Being a role model for my three children. My  human power is problem-solving. My human power I believe is that I could talk to anybody. My human  power is probably empathy and a bit of intuition. Positive thinking I can find a positive angle  in any situation. I’m dependable. Anytime they need me I’m right there. Moving forward  I would love to see us channel that pride and that experience that we have all into First  Onsite. I think once we do that sky’s the limit.
